Rayna Mae
Jeweler, Maker, Painter, Artist
About
Mae started her art journey at a very young age. Currently she is pursuing her BFA in Jewelry and Metalsmithing at The Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
Previously she was a student at The Atelier at Flowerfield studying classical painting techniques.
In her art practice, she values subversion, while appreciating the history and traditions behind both the art forms she utilizes and the objects she imitates.
Originally from Long Island NY, Mae takes heavy influence from the blue-collar workers in the Hamptons, as well as, the gentrification of the area.
